Pricing

Three ways to work with us.

We don’t price by the seat. Pre-sale prototypes are free for qualified prospects. Contracted builds are scoped per engagement. The franchisee program is revenue share.

Pre-sale prototype

Free

For qualified prospects

A hosted prototype of what you want built, against your actual scope and context. Versioned, iterable, demo-able to your team or your customers.

  • Hosted URL within days, not weeks
  • Iterates with each round of feedback
  • Full multi-scope context capture as you go
  • No commitment to anything that comes after

Contracted SDLC build

Project-based

Scoped per engagement

Once the prototype lands and the contract signs, the SDLC loop runs end-to-end. Scope, amount, and pace are all set per engagement — no fixed seats, no fixed monthly fee.

  • GitHub repo provisioned on contract sign
  • Pre-sale context carries over automatically
  • Feedback → Plan → Build → Release loop, once per release
  • Day-one repo ownership, no platform lock-in

Revenue share

No seat fees

Distribution-layer pricing. You bring the lead and own the relationship; Vertikals takes a share of contracted-build revenue you originate. Two paths — BUSINESS and TECHNICAL.

  • Use the platform to deliver to your own clients
  • BUSINESS: relationship-led partners, OBFUSCATED trust by default
  • TECHNICAL: outsourcing shops, often FULL trust on day one
  • Revenue share negotiated per partner

Frequently asked

Why is the pre-sale prototype free?

Because we’d rather show you the thing than write a pitch deck. If the prototype convinces you, we sign a contracted build. If it doesn’t, you walk away with a clearer picture of what you actually wanted.

What does “qualified prospects” mean?

A real budget timeframe, a real scope, and a real decision-maker on the call. Sree filters on a 15-minute call before we kick off the prototype.

Do I own the code?

Yes — every commit lands in your GitHub repo. The platform is the operating system; the code is yours from day one. No lock-in.

What does the franchisee revenue share look like?

Negotiated per partner. We don’t publish numbers because the right split depends on how much of the sales motion you carry, which trust level fits, and what kind of clients you bring. Apply and we’ll walk through it on a call.
